About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our growing team on the Sunshine Coast. This role is all about supporting people to live independently, build confidence, and participate fully in their community.

You’ll be working one-on-one with participants in their homes and out in the community, providing support that is person-centred, respectful, and empowering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support tailored to individual goals and needs
• Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and daily routines
• Support community access and social participation
• Encourage independence and skill development
• Follow individual support plans and organisational policies
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation

You will have:

• A positive, person-centred approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and flexibility (including some weekends or evenings)

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Smartphone for rostering and communication
