The home is fully furnished, highly accessible and supported by an experienced team who provide consistent and person‑centered assistance.

Master Bedroom With Private Ensuite
A spacious main bedroom offering privacy and comfort, suitable for someone who prefers their own bathroom and a little extra personal space.
This room attracts slightly higher rent (approx. +$20 per week).
Standard Bedroom
A comfortable bedroom with easy access to the shared bathroom.
This room is ideal for someone who enjoys shared living while maintaining their own quiet retreat.
Home Features
This fully furnished home includes:
- Flat, accessible layout with no internal levels
- Two furnished living spaces, each with lounges and TVs
- Fully equipped kitchen and common areas
- Shared utilities and lawn maintenance
- Private rental lease agreement
- Weekly rent approx. $220–$240 (to be confirmed)
Bedroom furniture is required for new participants.

The home is situated in a convenient part of Nambour, close to:

This location supports an active lifestyle and easy access to community services.
Support Model
We are seeking participants who require 1:3 SIL supports.
The home has an established roster of regular day and overnight support workers who know the environment and routines well. The team provides:
- Daily living support
- Meal preparation assistance
- Personal care support
- Positive social engagement
- Support to build skills and independence
Current Housemate
The home is currently shared with a 34‑year‑old man who has Klinefelter Syndrome and an intellectual processing delay. He is social, friendly and respectful of personal boundaries, and he maintains a very active routine with structured activities every day of the week. He:
- Communicates clearly, with some speech delay
- Enjoys both social time and quiet individual time
- Is a passionate NRL fan and previously involved with a local club
- Requires support with personal care, ADLs, meals and finances
- Does not display behaviors of harm
- Values building friendships and has strong family involvement
He looks forward to welcoming new housemates who appreciate a calm and friendly home environment.
