Brittany is a dedicated Team Leader with a strong foundation in hands-on disability support, with a particular focus on supporting clients to engage meaningfully within the community. In addition to coordinating community-based supports, Brittany manages a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, providing guidance to staff and ensuring client goals, safety, and wellbeing remain central to daily practice.
