Estrella plays a key leadership role as a Team Leader, overseeing the day-to-day operations and support delivery across her allocated services. She provides guidance and support to staff, ensures quality service delivery, and works closely with participants, families, and support teams to achieve positive outcomes.
In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Estrella manages two Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, balancing operational requirements with a strong focus on participant wellbeing, choice, and independence. Her commitment to person-centred support, effective team leadership, and high-quality service delivery helps ensure participants receive the best possible care and support to achieve their goals.
