SCILS is excited to be attending Equity Works’ Fair Day Out, and we warmly invite our clients, families, carers, supporters, stakeholders, and the wider SCILS community to come along and celebrate this wonderful community event with us.
Fair Day Out is a special event hosted by Equity Works, bringing people together to celebrate the talents, achievements, and contributions of people with disability. The event provides an inclusive and welcoming space where individuals, families, community organisations, and local businesses can connect, share experiences, and enjoy a fantastic day together.
With market stalls, entertainment, food, activities, and plenty of opportunities to meet new people, Fair Day Out is a great reminder of the importance of inclusion, participation, and belonging within our community.
Celebrating the Talents of Our SCILS Clients
One of the highlights of the day will be seeing some of our amazing SCILS clients proudly showcasing their skills, creativity, and passions.
We are excited to support:
✨ Trish, who will be showcasing and selling her beautiful handmade macramé creations.
🌿 Pete, who will be sharing his incredible home-grown bonsai trees, lovingly grown and cared for.
We are incredibly proud of Trish and Pete for sharing their talents with the community and creating opportunities to connect with others through their passions.
SCILS will proudly stand alongside our clients on the day, celebrating their achievements and supporting them as they showcase what they can do.

We are still accepting Expressions of Interest from SCILS clients who would like to stand alongside the SCILS team at Fair Day Out and share their talents with the community.
If you create handmade items, artwork, plants, crafts, or have a hobby, skill, or passion you would love to showcase, we would love to hear from you.
Participating in events like Fair Day Out is a wonderful opportunity to:

- Build confidence and independence.
- Connect with new people.
- Be recognised and celebrated within the community.
